    • Payments are processed securely via Paddle, and you agree to their terms and privacy policy.
    • SSL SaaS is not responsible for errors or breaches caused by third-party payment processors.
    • All fees are non-refundable unless expressly stated.
  5. SSL and Security
    • We provide SSL encryption to ensure secure transmission of data on our Platform. However, you acknowledge that no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
    • You are responsible for maintaining appropriate security measures for your devices and network.
  6. Usage Restrictions

    You agree not to:

    • Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorised purposes.
    • Access or reverse-engineer the Platform's code or architecture.
    • Exploit vulnerabilities or attempt to disrupt the functionality of the Services.
  7. Intellectual Property

    All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including but not limited to software, design, trademarks, and content, belong exclusively to SSL SaaS or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Platform without prior written consent.

  8. User Content
    • By uploading content to the Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.
    • You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you upload.
  9. Third-Party Services
    • The Platform may integrate with third-party tools or services, including Paddle. SSL SaaS is not liable for the availability, security, or performance of these third-party services.
  10. Limitations of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law:

    • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
    • Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Services in the 12 months preceding the incident.
  11. Indemnification
    • You agree to indemnify and hold SSL SaaS, its affiliates, and employees harmless from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.
  12. Termination
    • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to the Platform or other users. Upon termination, your access to the Platform will cease immediately.
  13. Governing Law
    • These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
